Off today, there were too many people and I opted to take the day off.   The JCAHO inspection is in the works this week..   Which is the national accreditation standard of the USA.   The hospitals pay big bucks for them to come and inspect and critique.   It is completely manditory, BUT, if you're not accredited the insurance companies will not pay for your services.   It is very expensive and a PITA.   I think that they are so far out in left field they dont know the score.   Every two or so years they show up.  What was well and good the last few times is now verboten.....I think they cause pain and aggrivation to justify their existance...

Heard from my longtime good friend.  It seems her nephew is missing in Afghanistan.  I really feel sorry for her husband and his brother.  In the 1970's his brother, who was also career Army was killed in an accident.   Why does thing like that happen.???   I think of all the scuzz balls and misfits breathing air that are a waste of protoplasm and try to understand why good people have to die like that.........................  

I hope there really is a hereafter because that is the only way that some of this SHI* makes sense.  (Like People in California who murder their wives and get off scott free because juries dont "Understand that DMA stuff" )  If they cant get the spelling right how in the world can you undertand what in the world is going on.  I think the most stupid people are picked for the juries.  The lawyers want people they can lead and influence not people who have grey matter in their heads.  They don;t want people who are able to think.
