Going to try to get thru the latest assult on my mind.   The report from the house inspection says to replace te distribution panel.  The only electrician I know is dead and he installed the panel in the first place.   Good thing that was the only thing he found. 

My life is filled with stressors.  Mostly, my job.   But others keep heaping more and more on.   I tried to scan the report and send it, but theprinter wouldn't scan.    HP gives some long dissertation on what to do, none, of which, I understand.
