Wednesday

Its been almost a week and a half since I last sat down and typed in this journal. (I think the letters are too big) May be 10  will be better.

Went with my sister and took my father (85) to the doctor for a check up.  He had a skin cancer removed from his head.  We kept telling him to go to the doctor but he procrastinated on that.   Well, he finally went and had to have a skin cancer removed and closed with a skin graft.   He has very fair skin and spent his working career outside.   I guess no one realized the ramifications of sun exposure, I don't think he would have worn a sunscreen anyhow.

He is too the age where you can say what you please and be damned if you insult anyone.   Lke the guy in the office was wearing short.  Dad said "Different strokes for different folks."  Well. it was about 30 degrees and that guy really looked like an idiot in shorts in the middle of winter.   I hope when I get that age someone reminds me and puts a muzzle on my mouth if I get like that.  I guess we all think it, but when you get of a certain age you say what you please.

I have a report to do for work for a presentation on hypoglucemia and medications.   I have know about this for about 2 months and somehow I can't get started doing it.  Guess I have to start tomorrow.  I have all the information but I can just get myself motivated to get going on this.   I think this is why I never went to get a Masters degree, I do not want to write.

Guess I will start tomorrow.  I don't want to procrastinate to the evening before.
